The EARTH 。just needs 1 hour?

不知从何时开始，黑暗成了一种需要保护的资源。我们对光过渡的奢侈，使得黑暗变得可贵。
自从可以控制火炬以来，光亮消除了人类面对黑暗的恐惧。直到现在，夜晚的照明部分从实用转为观赏，俯瞰繁华都市的夜景相信是很多人的雅致消遣。

许多人讨厌黑夜，因为它带来不真实与莫名的恐惧，却遗忘它也有温柔感性的另一面……

世界各个角落都在呼吁着；
各个公司都热烈响应着；
朋友们都在互相提醒着：

" 记得28日8.30-9.30关灯! "

而我
选择沉默

甚至感到反感。

因为我认为
纵使响应的很多
但我相信能真正领悟，反思，并改变习惯，维持下去的人
却是屈指可数。
甚至
earth hour 也同时带来了负面影响。

• WWF 环境保护署,甚至可以在facebook看到，为了这个活动，各集团/团体在特定的地点售卖T-shirts，以换取准证到特定的地点参与活动，一同共襄盛举。

stopp's views:

一个简单的关灯动作，如今已延伸至商业利益。同在一个地方渡过earth hour, 从中不但只能为帮助地球出一份力，同时亦能一同感受那特别的时刻如同进入演唱会。那是件很好的事。而我甚至打算参与UCSI当天的concert,一同在关灯时段点亮蜡烛并欢乐。

但....

经过反思后发现：

我为了参与一个活动，特地要求家人开车行驶来回20公里路。

再回头看，

为了满足那仅仅的60分钟，

• 商家花了大量的资源制造了无数件的衣服；
• 参与者特地开车，花钱购买衣服换取入门卷/达到目的地
• 为了吸引参与者，现场花了大量的电源举行演奏会

纵使省了一个钟照明的碳排量，

但却换取了更多资源的消耗，甚至换取比率较高的汽车碳排量。

经过思考后，

我决定把家里所有电器及电灯关完后，与家人一同渡过这别具意义的地球时刻。怎样渡过？

同时把这精神与习惯维持下去。

p/s:根据美国数据，

假如我们把一般的灯泡改成省电灯泡，照明所产生的二氧化碳一年就能减少4240万公吨或36%。

假如家用电脑在不用的时候能关掉，它所产生的二氧化碳一年就能减少830万公吨或50%

my organic birthday

生日

我不乞求妈妈为我买上什么

我只要你为我煮份有机晚餐

就足够了

那晚 我非常开心 满足。

在生日还没到来的三月三日晚上

到 the garden justlifeshop 购买材料

原打算煮我爱吃的泰式料理

但由于大部分的材料都停止入货 无法购买

所以只好选购意大利面

第一次看到这样的番茄

来到3月6日

虽然迟了一天 但我还是很期待我礼物的到来^^

从这份简单的晚餐

我感受到了红褐色的面口感确实不一样
我感受到那畸形的番茄与意大利酱融合出来的鲜甜
生菇与蔬菜的嚼劲远远胜于那结构复杂的红肉

再加上那含不此三宝的大豆卵磷脂，小麦胚芽，啤酒酵母
还包括白芝麻，黑芝麻，野青海苔，有机红萝卜，
七种食物 五种颜色 补五脏六腑的五色三宝粉

那实在是 非分的可口 美味

从心里涌出来的那份喜悦
难以形容。

从新加坡带回来的美国产品，得到许多的有机认证。

非常了解我的二姐，早在2月27日便送我了。

3月5日的礼物当中
这是我当天收到的第一份 也是我最满意的

因为除了有机 我还是爱有机。

让我来了一盒又一盒

现场以破冰游戏开始，
我 并没参与。

只在一旁默默吃着饭盒 ，看着他们开心地玩乐。

下一个环节——报告新闻

每组各派一位记者，去观察外面由华文学会呈现的短剧。

收集资料后，向组员报告所看到的情况，其后写出一份新闻报告。

Fashion and the environment put their best foot forward in
